No. When you purchase reports via App Store or Google Play Store, you buy a digital product which they usually do not refund. However, in some cases it is possible to get a refund if you contact Apple Support or Google Support. Unfortunately, we cannot help you. When you subscribe to DomuSpect, you do not have any right of cancellation. However, you can cancel your subscription before the next automatic renewal.

Can I try DomuSpect for free before I purchase cases? Yes! When you download DomuSpect – digital moving reports for the first time, you receive two free reports. This means that you can try creating a moving in report and a moving out report as there are differences between the two types of inspections, and therefore, it might be beneficial for you to try out both before an actual inspection.
